Position Overview
Seeking compassionate people to join our team as Health Care Aides and Personal Service Workers.

Earn competitive wages while contributing to the community and playing a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals in a variety of healthcare settings.

Duties

Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Provide clients with companionship and emotional support.
Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
Support clients with medication administration as directed by healthcare professionals.
Help with mobility assistance, including transferring and positioning patients.
- Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of patients.
- Provide care in settings such as assisted living facilities, nursing homes, hospice care, and homecare environments.

Qualifications
• Experience or certification in caregiving or nursing assistant roles preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required in the role.
• Strong communication skills and empathy towards residents.
• Knowledge of proper hygiene and infection control practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
